MegaLokify provides tools for managing tokens on the MegaETH Network, including:

• Token creation and deployment
• Token and liquidity locking mechanisms
• Token vesting schedules and management
• Multi-send functionality for token distribution

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use MegaLokify, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.)
• Hold sufficient MegaETH Network tokens to pay for gas fees

4. Blockchain and Smart Contract Risks

• Smart contracts are immutable once deployed
• Transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled
• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Network congestion may affect transaction performance

4.2 Financial Risks

• Token prices are volatile and may lose value
• Gas fees are required for all transactions
• Locked tokens cannot be accessed until unlock conditions are met
• You may lose access to funds if you lose your wallet or private keys

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Verifying all transaction details before confirming
• Understanding the functionality of tokens and contracts you create
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Paying all required gas fees and service charges
• Conducting your own research before making any investment decisions

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use MegaLokify to:

• Create tokens for illegal purposes or scams
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our services
• Create false or misleading information about tokens

7. Service Fees

MegaLokify charges fees for certain services:

• Service fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation
• Gas fees are separate and paid directly to the MegaETH Network
• Fees are non-refundable once transactions are confirmed
• We reserve the right to modify fees with notice

8. Intellectual Property

MegaLokify and its content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• Our website, interface, and branding are our property
• You retain ownership of tokens and content you create
• You grant us license to display your public transaction data
• Our smart contracts are open source under specified licenses

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
